Automated payouts are processed on working days only. If your payout falls on a weekend or public holiday, it's processed on the next working day. Manual payouts can be processed any day, including weekends and holidays.
Yes. Go to Settings > Accounts on your dashboard and click 'Change.' Registered businesses settle into a corporate account. Starter businesses settle into a personal account matching their verification details
Starter businesses have a lifetime collections limit. Once you reach it, upgrade to a Registered Business from the Compliance page on your dashboard, the limit is removed entirely, and your payouts continue without interruption.
Every payout appears on your dashboard with a full breakdown: total settled, transaction details, fees, and any refund deductions. You can export records to CSV anytime
